Leon, arrived a bit early in order to discuss what I wished him to do before he got down to doing it. I found him to be an extremely well mannered and friendly, open and listened to what I wished him to accomplish. He threw in some of his own ideas/suggestions etc. But in a way that didn't make me feel as if he was being dismissive or over-riding what I wanted.
